Hawkeye Homes is lead by Project Manager and Builder Jack Hawkins. Jack began his career in construction completing his carpentry apprenticeship on Sydney’s Northern Beaches, before going on to complete his Certificate IV in Building.

In 2013, he teamed up with his brother-in-law Alex while working at Coastyle Constructions. During this time, Jack refined his high-end carpentry skills and developed a strong understanding of what it takes to run and deliver quality building projects. In 2018, his father Matt—bringing over 35 years of industry experience—joined the team, and MH Build was formed.

Up until 2022, Jack worked as a site manager, overseeing all on-site operations and delivering a range of bespoke, architecturally designed homes across Sydney’s North Shore, Northern Beaches, and Eastern Suburbs. Working closely with architects and clients, he played a key role in bringing complex designs to life, further shaping his approach to both building and design.

With over 16 years of experience, Jack works closely with a trusted network of trades, ensuring each project is delivered to a consistently high standard. His experience across both new builds and renovations allows him to manage projects from start to finish, with a focus on clear communication, attention to detail, and quality workmanship.

Since 2022, Jack has been delivering projects independently, focusing on well-executed structural and cosmetic renovations that improve both the functionality and value of each home.
